We really hope that you can read and understand our Terms and Conditions (T&C) below. It is quite boring, but it is important to know how our business works :-)

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

1. PM us OR inform it in the specific product picture OR Fill and Submit the Booking Online form [in sikecikcomel.blogspot.com] OR E-Mail us atsikecikcomel@gmail.com to order. Whatever method you choose, please DO NOT forgets to give your Full Name, Address and Tel No. [We need this information for many reasons please :-)]
2. Wait for our confirmation. AND WE REALLY HOPE THAT YOU CAN CONFIRM BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS OK.If we are not hear from you, we'll consider that particular order is cancelled. DON"T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX, just in case our e-mail did not go through your inbox.
   
   

PAYMENT

1. We only accept payment through our MAYBANK Account. If you are living outside Malaysia i.e. Brunei & Indonesia I probably will accept PayPal as well [but in either USD or GBP currency]
2. Please pay Full Payment to secure your order. Preferably in 3 days time. Please let us know if you want some extension for reasonable time. Otherwise, this item will be given to the next person in the waiting list [Sorry, no cancellation once you confirm or pay]
3. Please inform the payment details after it has been made or make sure you put our e-mail address [sikecikcomel@gmail.com] if you are using internet banking.

CANCELLATION

1. Please DO let us know of you want to cancel before you make any payment. We are happy to hear that earlier rather than you are missing without any news.
2. Items sold [or booked in which case deposit has been paid] ARE NOT returnable OR refundable OR exchangeable and all sales are FINAL. 

POSTAGE

1. Price of our item will NOT include postage and packaging (P&P). Most of the P&P cost stated here are the cost for Semenanjung ONLY. For Sabah and Sarawak, Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore please E-Mail me to get estimated cost for the postage. 
2. All of the items will be posted either by my sister in Ampang or my brother in law in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor. Due to very tight of schedule, time difference and both of them are working during the weekdays, all of the items purchased will be posted within 2-4 working days after payment has been cleared. But we try our best to post the item as soon as received payment from the customer.
3. You can collect in person if you want. But please do let me know and I'll let you know the item location.
   
   

PRE-ORDER

1. The price will either fixed or we'll issue you the quotation. Price are normally subject to Item Price, Delivery Charges by Seller and cost for us to get the item, Exchange Rate, Shipping, Packaging, Insurance and our service Charge.
2. If you agree, FULL PAYMENT is required before we get the item. Item is also subject to availability and the price that we can get.
3. OPEN FOR PATIENCE CUSTOMER ONLY! especially if the item is ordered using sea mail [takes 2-3 months after shipping date]. DELAY is ALWAYS EXPECTED! For items posted using Airmail, it may takes from 5-14 WORKING days for the items to arrive. Please let us know if the items not arrived after 14 WORKING days.
4. Subject to custom charge [if any] in which should be paid by customer.

WARRANTY

1. All USED items are "AS IS" condition as you can aspect from used ones. However, they has been cleaned, tested and checked before it has been posted here. We in our best try to make sure that you are happy to have it in the bargain price with the great conditions. But if you have any problems once received the item, please do not hesitate to inform us. We prefer if you can PM or e-mail any issue within 14 DAYS AFTER receiving the item.
2. We will give 14 days FULL Warranty [i.e Replacement, Discount or Refund] for any USED items if there is any problems after the buyer received the item. 
3. For NEW and PRE-ORDER item, warranty will be only be covered between us and the shop where we bought the item. Buyer will be responsible for all the cost for returning to us in UK and sending the item back to Malaysia. We will do all the necessary with the vendor in UK.

OTHER

1. All of the items that has been uploaded here are already in Malaysia unless stated otherwise. 
2. SERIOUS BUYER and PATIENCE BUYER only please.
3. Due to time different, we probably will not answer your message or e-mail immediately. But we will try our best to answer it within 24 hours.
